CHALLENGE

Hayes & Sherry wanted to overhaul its existing web site in order to provide users easier access to information about the firm's property offerings.

SOLUTION

Sprintout redesigned the site to greatly enhance the user experience. We made it fast and foolproof for users to locate properties of interest and obtain the critical information that begins the sales process.

Some features of the site include

• current property listings with photos and a downloadable fact sheet
• users can send an email to the broker handling a property
• listings can be sorted by location, type, size and price
• a sign-up form for email newsletters which allows the firm to add to its list of potential clients.

For the firm's employees, Sprintout created a simple administrative interface which provides the ability to

• add and modify property listings and photos
• upload fact sheet pdfs
• post news items
• select a Featured Property to appear in a revolving display on the site
