Create a method to effectively distribute and update Taco's 10,000-plus document file library.

SOLUTION

Sprintout digitized Taco's entire library and created a database with the following features:

• The document database is searchable by any available criteria, including name, document number, product line and model number.
• Search results display all associated documents in the library, a list of products with brief descriptions, links to the product pages, and links to relevant news items.
• Documents are provided as PDF files, which can be downloaded, viewed on screen, or printed directly from the site.
